Terms & Conditions NAK44 – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

By accessing or using the NAK44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. • Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on net losses over a seven-day period. Credited every Monday before noon. No additional wagering requirements.

• E-Sports: E-sports betting is determined by official results announced by tournament organisers. Matches postponed for more than 24 hours will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Lottery: Purchased lottery tickets are final and non-cancellable. Winnings will be automatically credited within 24 hours of the official results being announced.

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system
• Use of unauthorised software or cheating methods during gameplay

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, NAK44 reserves the right to forfeit all funds, bonuses, and winnings held in that account. If termination is for any other reason (such as a player's own request or self-exclusion), any legitimate remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.
